Will the venue be completely private for our event or will it be accessible to others?
The Hall is completely private and exclusive to your event.
What is the rental cost of your rooms?
Special rates are available depending on the date and time of day. Ask about these rates when inquiring.
Can we provide our own linens?
Absolutely. However, the venue will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged linens.
Do you have pictures of events in the room?
Yes, we do have pictures of recent events for you to review for ideas. We can show you these pictures during a preliminary visit and some are currently available on our web site.
Do you have a list of “preferred vendors?”
Yes, we can share the vendor list at the time to booking but we do not assume any responsibility in contacting the vendors or for any of their services provided.
Can the outside caterer use the kitchen.
Kitchen space is not permitted for use by an outside caterer. All outside caterers must provide their own equipment, supplies and means to keep food hot and cold.
Are there any limitations on decorating?
No, If you are unsure about any decorating then please contact our coordinator for further assistance.
What services does the rental fee include?
All necessary cooking equipment (tables, chairs, linens, tableware and so on),provide a banquet manager who will be present on the day of your Event.
